Advertisement lock.

Most of the admins dont come on now, and i am wanting more people to come back, so every week i will send newsletters for inactive/people who left to come back.

Advertisements have been locked for the time until we have nice member base because the few people every year we get, if advertisements persist, they will most likely go to advertisements to search more active sites.


Though it may seem stupid, when we have at least 10 members/week logging on, it will be reopened.
